Position Overview As a Retail Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the in-store shopping experience for our customers. Alongside providing excellent customer service, you will assist with tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and organizing merchandise to keep the store inviting. Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout area, fitting room, and stock room to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers. Assist with product launches and changes in accordance with company standards. Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring satisfaction in all interactions. Process transactions efficiently and accurately to minimize customer wait times. Effectively resolve customer service issues, escalating concerns to management as necessary. Promote credit and loyalty member programs, highlighting their benefits to customers. Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of relevant retail experience, with a minimum of 6 months preferred. Comfortable using technology, including iPads and registers. Available for various shifts, including nights and weekends. Meets physical requirements of the role. Critical Skills & Attributes Previous retail experience is preferred. Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to engage with customers effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and team members. A demonstrated ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
