Your Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them with product features and benefits. Proactively resolve customer issues and efficiently manage multiple customers in a dynamic retail setting. Support customer needs through various sales channels to ensure a delightful shopping experience. Accurately process transactions at the point of sale. Restock shelves and manage inventory as necessary. Communicate promotional events and membership benefits effectively to customers. Help minimize store loss by delivering remarkable customer service and maintaining a safe, tidy environment. We Are Looking For Candidates Who: Exhibit a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Have a strong background in customer service and engagement. Possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements: Lift up to 40 pounds as necessary, performing frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Stand or walk for long periods and navigate ladders safely. Be available to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
