Your Responsibilities: Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist them with understanding our product styles and benefits. Proactively resolve customer issues while managing multiple customers in a busy retail setting. Assist customers with their online orders and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Process point of sale transactions efficiently and restock the sales floor as needed. Communicate current promotions and the brand loyalty program clearly to customers. Ensure a safe, clean, and appealing store environment to minimize losses. We’re Looking For Candidates Who Are: Positive and solutions-oriented. Experienced in customer service and engagement.
