Reports To: Store Management Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly as they enter the store and create a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Impression Management: Make a great first impression by showcasing an energetic disposition and following our dress code. Store Presentation: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing by maintaining high standards of presentation. Product Knowledge: Educate customers about products and services to enhance their shopping experience. Fitting Room Assistance: Provide exceptional service in the fitting rooms and engage customers to enhance their sales experience. Checkout Efficiency: Ensure smooth and efficient transactions at the cash wrap, including offering gift cards and capturing customer information. Customer Gratitude: Thank each customer sincerely as they leave the store, showing appreciation for their business. Workplace Collaboration Task Fulfillment: Complete assigned tasks efficiently as directed by management. Punctuality: Arrive on time and follow your scheduled work hours. Team Support: Be cooperative and flexible in working with team members to achieve store goals. Policy Compliance: Adhere stringently to company policies and procedures. Cleanliness: Engage in routine housekeeping tasks as needed. Performance Metrics Sales Targets: Strive to meet or surpass assigned Sales per Hour (SPH) goals. Additional Duties Participation: Attend all store meetings and training sessions consistently. Positive Representation: Maintain a positive attitude towards our merchandise and brand. Inventory Involvement: Join in all inventory processes as needed. Other Responsibilities: Take on additional tasks as assigned by store management. Physical Requirements: Be able to lift over 30 pounds and stand for at least eight hours during your shifts. Qualifications Customer Service Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail is preferred, but not required. Team Player: Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Flexible Availability: Open to working flexible hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
