As a Retail Sales Representative, your primary goal will be to provide a genuine connection with every customer, making them feel comfortable, appreciated, and confident. What You'll Do: Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that cultivates positive customer relationships and loyalty. Perform register operations while leveraging your sales, promotions, and product knowledge to drive additional sales. Maintain a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends. Cover the sales floor and ensure all visual standards are maintained. Assist in organizing the stockroom, keeping the store environment clean, consistent, and inviting. What You'll Need: Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while focusing on customer satisfaction. Fashion-forward mindset with an awareness of current trends. Physical Requirements: Able to stand and walk around during your scheduled shift. Capable of packing and unpacking shipments, arranging and moving store fixtures, and lifting packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
