You will also perform various operational tasks assigned by the management team to enhance store presentation and cleanliness. Essential Functions Customer Experience Greeting Customers: Welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, creating an inviting atmosphere. First Impressions: Emphasize a positive initial experience through enthusiasm and adherence to professional attire. Store Standards: Uphold an immaculate and organized store environment through diligence in cleanliness and order. Product Information: Share current and relevant product information to assist customer decision-making. Fitting Room Service: Provide prompt and attentive service in the fitting area, maintain cleanliness, and strive to enhance sales. Cash Wrap Efficiency: Deliver quick and friendly service at the cash wrap, offer Gift Cards, and accurately gather customer data. Customer Appreciation: Thank every customer sincerely as they leave and invite them to return. Cooperation & Dependability Task Completion: Efficiently execute all tasks assigned by management. Punctuality: Arrive on time and adhere to your assigned work schedule. Teamwork: Contribute positively to a collaborative environment, working effectively with fellow team members and management. Policy Adherence: Follow all company policies and procedures diligently. Housekeeping: Perform necessary housekeeping duties to maintain store standards. Inventory Participation: Take part in all inventory processes as needed. Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as directed by store management. Physical Requirements: You should be able to lift heavy items exceeding 30 pounds and stand for at least eight hours during your shift.
