You will warmly welcome customers, assist them in finding their favorite team gear, and help transform casual shoppers into devoted fans. Your role will include: Creating a Welcoming Atmosphere: Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management, making everyone feel at home. Merchandising Excellence: Maintain high standards for merchandise presentation to enhance the shopping experience. Sales Generation: Drive sales, build customer relationships, and identify opportunities for add-on sales. Outstanding Customer Service: Prioritize the needs of customers, ensuring they leave satisfied and excited. Accurate Transactions: Perform cash handling and ringing up sales with precision and efficiency. What we are looking for: A commitment to teamwork with the ability to work under moderate supervision. Clear and confident communication skills. An eye for detail and a positive, enthusiastic attitude. Basic technological proficiency with digital devices and online applications. A growth mindset and an outgoing personality. This role requires you to stand and walk, communicate effectively both in person and on the phone, and manage merchandise, including lifting items up to 50 pounds.
