YOUR MISSION Deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards. Use your customer service skills to consistently achieve or surpass sales goals, KPIs, and profitability targets. Process sales transactions at checkout accurately and efficiently. Maintain the store's cleanliness and visual merchandising in accordance with PUMA standards. Assist with incoming and outgoing merchandise processing. Adhere to all Policies & Procedures and operational core competencies. Ensure a safe and compliant shopping and working environment. Be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and possible overtime. YOUR TALENT 1 - 2 years of experience in a customer-focused retail environment (preferably in apparel/footwear). A strong team player with excellent communication skills. A quick learner with basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs. Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds.
