Join Our Team as a Retail Sales Representative! Camping World is on the lookout for a dedicated Retail Sales Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that every customer experiences top-notch service. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service and foster positive interactions. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management. Lead the department while mentoring and assisting colleagues. Promote company programs, including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships. Develop in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions. Maintain a clean and appealing store environment, which includes stocking shelves and general housekeeping duties. Willingness to cross-train and undertake additional responsibilities as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in retail is preferred. Exceptional customer service abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends. Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and/or moving up to 50 lbs with assistive devices. Comfortable with periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending. Compensation: $14.00 - $16.53 per hour.
