In this position, you will: Provide outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction. Effectively achieve or surpass sales goals, KPIs, and profitability targets. Accurately process sales transactions at checkout, ensuring security and efficiency. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the store, adhering to all visual merchandising guidelines as per PUMA standards. Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise processing with care. Comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational competencies, and key accountabilities. Uphold a safe, healthy, and compliant environment for both staff and customers. Be available to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; overtime may be necessary. YOUR TALENT We seek individuals who are: Experienced in a customer service-oriented retail environment (1-2 years preferred, ideally in apparel/footwear). Strong team players with excellent communication skills. Able to learn quickly and adapt. Proficient with basic computer skills and MS Office programs. Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 30 pounds regularly. The base pay for this role is $15.00-$18.00 per hour, plus benefits.
