As a Retail Sales Representative at Torrid, you will create the Torrid Connection with every customer, using your genuine personality to help them feel comfortable, valued, and confident. What You'll Do: Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty. Handle register transactions while leveraging your sales and product knowledge to enhance add-on sales. Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends. Maintain the sales floor and ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met. Assist in organizing the stockroom, keeping the store environment clean, inviting, and inspiring for customers. What You'll Need: Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous. Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment while consistently providing outstanding customer service. Passionate about fashion and knowledgeable about current trends. Physical Ability: Ability to stand and walk during your scheduled shifts, handle shipments, rearrange fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. The pay range for this position is $14.81 - $15.61 per hour.
