Your Daily Responsibilities Include: Understanding and addressing each customer's unique needs while recommending relevant ACE products and services. You will communicate effectively, empathize with their challenges, and build trust to offer outstanding customer service and develop lasting relationships. Responsibilities include managing various services tied to the store, such as cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill payments, and card services. You will prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to industry regulations and safety protocols. We are looking for Retail Sales Representatives with an entrepreneurial mindset who can work independently and take responsibility for overall store performance. Establishing trust with customers is essential, so you'll need strong listening and communication skills, coupled with empathy to address their challenges and deliver superb service. Having knowledge of our diverse financial products and services is key. A minimum of two years in retail is advantageous, and proficiency in Spanish is a plus in many of our markets.
