Position Overview Join our dynamic team as a Retail Sales Representative, where you will play a vital role in generating sales and providing an exceptional customer experience. Essential Functions Customer Experience Greeting Customers: Welcome customers with a friendly smile and genuine greeting as they enter the store. First Impressions: Make a lasting first impression through a positive attitude and adherence to our professional dress code. Store Standards: Keep the store sparkling clean and organized by following established cleanliness standards. Product Information: Share relevant and current product information to assist customers in their shopping experience. Fitting Room Service: Provide outstanding service in the fitting rooms, maintaining a clean area and ensuring customer satisfaction. Cash Wrap Efficiency: Deliver quick and efficient service at the cash register, promote Gift Cards, and maintain cleanliness at the cash wrap area. Customer Appreciation: Thank every customer sincerely as they exit the store, enhancing their shopping experience. Cooperation & Dependability Task Completion: Complete all assigned tasks satisfactorily and promptly. Punctuality: Arrive on time and adhere to your designated work schedule consistently. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve store goals. Policy Adherence: Follow company policies and procedures with integrity. Miscellaneous Responsibilities Meetings and Functions: Actively participate in all store meetings and functions. Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive outlook toward the merchandise and the company. Inventory Participation: Assist with inventory tasks as necessary. Additional Duties: Take on and complete additional tasks as assigned by management. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift heavy items over 30 pounds and stand for at least eight hours during scheduled shifts. Job Requirements Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated excellent communication and customer service skills. Retail Experience: Previous retail experience is a plus.
