YOUR MISSION Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with PUMA's brand values and service standards. Utilize strong customer service skills to consistently meet or exceed sales goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and profitability targets. Be responsible for the accurate and swift processing of sales transactions at the checkout. Ensure the store is clean and organized, adhering to all visual merchandising guidelines set by PUMA. Handle the receiving and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently. Adhere to all Policies & Procedures, ensuring operational excellence and key accountabilities. Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant environment for both customers and team members. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with overtime required when necessary. YOUR TALENT 1 - 2 years of experience in a customer-focused retail environment, particularly in apparel or footwear. A strong team player with excellent communication abilities. Quick learner with a proactive attitude. Familiarity with computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Office programs. Capable of lifting and carrying, pushing and pulling up to 30 pounds regularly. The base pay for this position is $16.50-$19.50/hr + Benefits. Pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
