Your primary role will be to identify customer needs, provide product information, and recommend solutions that enhance their shopping journey. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Welcome customers as they enter the store, creating an inviting and informative atmosphere. Product Expertise: Provide accurate, detailed information about our products and expertly address customer questions. Promotions Awareness: Inform customers about current discounts, special offers, and promotions to enhance their shopping experience. Merchandising Tasks: Organize and restock merchandise efficiently, ensuring product presentation and availability are optimized. Transaction Handling: Operate the cash register accurately, processing transactions and handling cash and credit card payments. Store Maintenance: Help maintain the organization of the back stock room and set up attractive merchandise displays on the sales floor. Inventory Management: Conduct routine inventory checks to maintain appropriate stock levels. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as instructed by store management. Store Operations: Participate in opening and closing procedures while adhering to operational guidelines. Qualifications: Retail Experience: Prior experience as a Retail Sales Associate or in a similar role is preferred. Inventory Knowledge: Understanding of inventory stocking procedures is a plus. Numerical Skills: Basic math skills for transactions, pricing, and inventory management are required. Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals, showcasing your sales proficiency. Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities are crucial for building trust with customers and team members. Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
