Your Responsibilities: Greets customers warmly and assists them with our product selection, features, and benefits. Proactively resolves customer issues while managing a busy retail environment. Ensures a positive shopping experience by assisting with omnichannel needs. Accurately processes point of sale transactions. Completes product replenishment and shipment tasks as needed. Communicates current promotions and brand loyalty programs effectively to customers. Maintains a safe and clean store to minimize losses through excellent customer service.
