Consistently apply the Recipe for Successful Selling approach with customers, promoting in-store promotions, contests, and incentives. Utilize sales performance tools to enhance selling behaviors, including cross-selling and suggestive selling techniques. Leverage reporting tools to track and maintain individual performance results. Deliver a joyful customer experience aligned with Brand standards
Build and sustain meaningful customer relationships leveraging Personal Trade principles. Maintain up-to-date sales and service knowledge through ongoing coaching and training. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Execute and uphold store standards to meet business needs
Maintain visual standards and effective store merchandising practices. Follow plans and directives, acting with urgency to adapt to changing priorities and store demands. Adhere to all operational and safety policies and procedures.
