Key Responsibilities: Ensure a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere for customers. Adhere to company policies and procedures to prioritize the safety of both associates and customers. Assist with product launches by following company SOPs. Deliver outstanding customer service, enhancing the overall shopping experience. Efficiently process transactions to minimize customer wait times. Address and resolve customer service issues promptly and effectively, communicating any escalations to Store Management. Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation. Perform other essential tasks as assigned by your supervisor. Required Experience & Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 6 months relevant job experience, ideally 0-2 years. Proficient in the use of technology such as iPads and registers. Available to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours. Meet physical requirements necessary for the job. Critical Skills & Attributes: Previous retail experience is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members. Demonstrated collaborative skills, thriving in a team environment.
