We are hiring immediately! This role transcends the standard entry-level retail position. Whether embarking on your career path or bringing years of sales experience, there’s potential to earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour , plus the opportunity to earn up to $16,000 annually in commission by achieving your sales goals. High achievers could see earnings of $14,500 or more in additional commissions, leading to total annual compensation exceeding $65,000 to $73,500 . Pay varies based on geography, hours worked, and individual performance.

What We Are Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
A high school diploma or GED.
A minimum of one year of relevant work experience or military background.
A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with your schedule communicated four weeks in advance.
An openness to take on additional shifts to maximize your earning potential during high-demand times.
It’s a plus if you possess any of the following:
Experience in a commission-based sales environment.
A track record of communicating effectively with customers to identify their needs.
Customer service experience.
