Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Partner:
Foster a service-oriented culture that builds long-lasting customer relationships and exceeds expectations.
Become a product expert; effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Aim to meet measurable goals such as units per transaction (UPT), average dollar per transaction (ADT), item add-ons, and customer information capture rates.
Stay informed about current promotions and merchandise advertisements.
Assist in maintaining company merchandising standards, including floor moves, display upkeep, and store organization.
Help process merchandise and monitor stock levels on the sales floor.
Complete sales transactions accurately and maintain accountability within POS registers.
Seek ways to enhance your skills and performance and collaborate with store leadership.
Follow all local, federal, and state laws, as well as company policies and practices.
Perform any other duties assigned by management as needed.
Demonstrate high standards of quality in work, attendance, and appearance.
