Key Responsibilities: Foster a service-driven culture that builds long-lasting customer relationships. Become an expert in our product offerings, understanding and communicating their features and benefits effectively. Achieve measurable sales goals such as units per transaction, average dollar per transaction, and customer information capture rates. Stay informed about current promotions and merchandise advertisements. Maintain merchandising standards and assist in store setup and organization. Accurately process merchandise and monitor floor stock levels. Efficiently complete all sales transactions while ensuring proper accountability at the POS registers. Actively seek development opportunities to enhance skills and improve performance metrics. Adhere to all legal and company policies, procedures, and practices. Exemplify high-quality work, attendance, and professional appearance. Qualifications: Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
