About the Role
As a Retail Sales Mobile Specialist, you will become an integral part of a dynamic Retail Team of Experts dedicated to bringing the T-Mobile brand to life. As a brand ambassador, you will generate enthusiasm around our products and services while excelling in a fast-paced environment, adapting to technological advancements and evolving customer needs. Your ability to foster meaningful connections will set you apart, as you strive to understand and meet customers' needs while recommending tailored device and service solutions. This role is designed for continuous learning, ensuring you're prepared for advancement to the Mobile Expert position.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop skills in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales through a world-class experience that builds customer loyalty.
Assist customers in their shopping journey by providing guidance and exploring their needs with hands-on demonstrations of cutting-edge technology.
Engage in side-by-side selling to offer unique solutions that go beyond standard plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
Approach every service and sales opportunity with professionalism, integrity, and compassion.
Stay updated on the latest developments in wireless technology and T-Mobile services to effectively educate customers on available options.
Collaborate with T-Mobile team members across various channels to enhance the customer experience and efficiently resolve issues.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (Required).
At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
A genuine passion for customer advocacy and the ability to connect with others while enjoying the process.
A competitive spirit and a track record of success in a fast-paced sales atmosphere.
A willingness to collaborate and share ideas with teammates and store leaders.
Strong ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.
This role requires applicants to be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits:
Join us and earn a minimum of $20/hour, including base pay and incentives, with the potential for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year upon promotion to Mobile Expert. All employees receive guaranteed earning opportunities, along with an Annual Stock Grant.
