As a Retail Sales Mobile Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the T-Mobile brand, especially in high-traffic retail environments. You will be the face of the T-Mobile experience, responsible for driving customer engagement and creating a vibrant atmosphere around our services. Your interactions will be essential in building lasting relationships with our customers as you identify their needs and provide personalized solutions. Key Responsibilities: Engage proactively with a diverse customer base in a dynamic retail setting. Utilize digital tools effectively to educate and inform customers about T-Mobile’s offerings. Employ solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products. Deepen customer relationships by aiding them in utilizing self-serve tools and the T-Mobile app. Complete training on T-Mobile’s in-store experience, new products, and processes. Work collaboratively with nearby store locations to ensure a seamless onboarding process for customers. Create meaningful connections with customers to foster trust and loyalty. Follow up with customers and capture referrals to strengthen sales activity. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required. At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail. Strong customer satisfaction focus and the ability to balance customer experience with sales goals.
