As a Mobile Associate (MA), you will play a crucial role in bringing the T-Mobile brand to life as part of a dynamic Retail Team of Experts. You will be a brand ambassador, fostering energy and excitement around our innovative products and services. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships by helping customers pick up their shopping journey where they left off, whether it's online or in-store.
Educate and demonstrate the latest technology to our customers, ensuring they find personalized solutions that suit their lifestyle.
Engage in side-by-side selling, offering solutions that go beyond basic devices and plans, including accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices.
Approach all service and sales needs with integrity and compassion.
Utilize digital tools to enhance customer interactions and showcase our expansive coverage and services.
Participate in comprehensive training to continually build your product knowledge and customer service skills.
Collaborate with teammates across various channels to enhance the overall customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED.
A minimum of 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail setting.
A passionate advocate for customers, with a friendly demeanor and the ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
Ability to collaborate with peers and learn actively while delivering excellent customer service.
Proven effectiveness in balancing customer needs with performance goals.
Licenses and Certifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation:
The hourly base pay for this role is $19.00. After successfully completing training within your first 90 days, you will promote to a Mobile Expert and become eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year, based on performance and full-time eligibility. All employees can earn a minimum of $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Every employee at T-Mobile is also eligible for an Annual Stock Grant!
