Overview: As a Retail Sales Mobile Associate, you play a vital role in bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within our National Sales partner locations. Engaging with customers is key to our success, and you will serve as a brand ambassador creating excitement around our innovative products and services. If you love technology and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities: Engage actively with customers in a bustling retail setting. Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively, educate customers, and highlight the value of T-Mobile solutions. Leverage digital self-service tools during customer interactions to identify needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of our products and services. Help customers utilize the T-Mobile app for their wireless needs. Participate in comprehensive training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, new products, and procedures. Keep updated on promotions and ensure you are customer-ready. Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service, proactively reaching out to potential customers to drive sales activity. Collaborate with nearby teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required. Minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail setting. Skills and Abilities: Passionate advocate for customer satisfaction, able to balance customer experience with performance goals. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate, share best practices, and resolve issues. Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced retail sales environment. Requirements: At least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation: Hourly Base Pay: $17.50 plus an additional $5.00 per hour during training. Once trained, you will be eligible for an annual incentive target up to $18,000/year based on performance. All T-Mobile employees are guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20/hour, including base pay and incentives. Benefits: At T-Mobile, we truly care for our employees.
