As passionate brand ambassadors, you’ll create excitement around our products and services, fostering significant connections with our customers. This role is fast-paced and constantly evolving, focusing on technology innovations, customer needs, and enhancing the overall Retail experience. You will be immersed in building expertise to uncover our customers' needs and be dedicated to educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. In this learning role, you’ll work alongside your team and proactively develop your skills in preparation for advancement to a Mobile Expert position. Successful completion of new employee training is a requirement for this position. Job Responsibilities :
Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, ensuring a world-class customer experience and fostering loyalty by: - Assisting customers in picking up their shopping journey exactly where they left off, whether they started online, through Customer Care, or in-store. - Exploring individual needs and offering hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology available in-store. - Engaging in side-by-side selling to identify personalized solutions that keep customers connected with their loved ones and lifestyle, including accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices. - Approaching sales and service needs with integrity, compassion, and composure. Develop skills to consistently utilize digital tools during interactions to demonstrate: - How T-Mobile's expanding coverage serves the customers' neighborhood with a fast LTE network. - Why our plans and services enable customers to live unlimited and feel the love while staying connected. - Complete training in T-Mobile's in-store experience, new skills and processes, and resource knowledge. Build partnerships with T-Mobile employees across various channels: - Collaboratively manage the customer experience and resolve issues. - Identify and hand off small business leads successfully. - Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment. Education and Work Experience :
High School Diploma/GED (Required) Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Must be at least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel : Travel Required: No DOT Regulated : DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Hourly Base Pay : $17.50, with an additional $5.00 per hour during training. Mobile Associates will receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Upon successful completion, you will promote to the Mobile Expert role and qualify for annualized incentives of $18,000/year. Actual incentives may vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, including base pay and incentives. Additionally, every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant!
