This is how we support YOU! Job Overview As a Mobile Associate (MA), you will be a crucial member of our Retail Team of Experts, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life. Please note that successful completion of new employee training is required. Key Responsibilities: Deliver world-class customer service while selling our products, creating customer loyalty by: - Assisting customers along their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. - Understanding individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. - Collaborating in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions that enhance customer connectivity, including unique accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices. - Approaching service and sales needs with professionalism and empathy. Become proficient in utilizing digital tools to: - Showcase our expansive network coverage and services to customers. - Educate customers about T-Mobile’s plans that allow them to live limitless, maintain connections, and enhance their lifestyle. - Complete ongoing training to stay updated on the T-Mobile experience and the latest industry innovations. Foster relationships with T-Mobile colleagues from various departments to: - Deliver a unified customer experience and efficiently resolve any issues. - Identify leads for small business opportunities. - Promote team initiatives and contribute to an inclusive team environment. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required) Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; prior retail experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: A passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and building relationships. A competitive spirit and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. A collaborative team player willing to learn and share ideas while providing top-notch customer service. Effective in balancing customer satisfaction with achieving performance targets. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation: Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days at T-Mobile, you will receive on-the-job training and be eligible for hourly training pay. Upon successful completion, you will be promoted to the Mobile Expert role, with the potential for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year based on performance. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, including base pay and incentives.
