This role focuses on significant connections with our customers, where your ability to build and deepen relationships is unmatched in the wireless industry. You'll build expertise in understanding customers' needs and demonstrate a passion for educating, demonstrating, and recommending the ideal device and service solutions. This position is a stepping stone where new associates actively work with the team and build skills and proficiencies to prepare for advancement to the Mobile Expert role. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional service and sales to our customers, ensuring a world-class customer experience and fostering loyalty. Assist customers in their shopping journey, whether they’re in-store, online, or through Customer Care. Explore individual customer needs and provide engaging demonstrations of the latest technology. Engage in side-by-side selling to offer personalized solutions, including unique accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices. Approach all service and sales interactions with calmness, integrity, and compassion. Become skilled in utilizing digital tools to enhance customer interactions. Complete training on T-Mobile’s in-store experience and familiarize yourself with systems and resources. Maximize your time on shift by seeking information and staying updated on wireless innovations. Collaborate with T-Mobile employees across various channels to ensure an exceptional customer experience and efficient issue resolutions. Identify and refer small business leads as necessary. Support team initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma/GED required. 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred, ideally in a retail environment. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Genuine passion for customer advocacy and a willingness to connect with customers authentically. Competitive drive with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment. Commitment to working collaboratively with peers and store leaders while resolving customer issues. Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals effectively. Licenses and Certifications Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the United States. The hourly base pay for this role is $17.50. Within your first 90 days at T-Mobile, you'll receive on-the-job training and can earn incentive pay while accomplishing training milestones. Once you complete this training, you'll advance to the Mobile Expert role, which includes an annualized incentive target of $18,000. Actual incentives will vary based on performance and full-time status. Additionally, every employee is guaranteed to earn $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives.
