You will create significant connections with customers, utilizing your ability to build and deepen relationships within the wireless industry. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer experiences while aiding in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Identify individual customer needs and provide engaging demonstrations of the latest technology. Practice side-by-side selling to offer personalized solutions that keep customers connected to their lifestyle, emphasizing unique accessories and innovative IoT devices. Approach all customer service and sales interactions with integrity, compassion, and composure. Become adept with digital tools and resources to showcase our expansive network and plans effectively. Complete required training on T-Mobile’s in-store experience and continually seek out information to enhance your knowledge. Collaborate with T-Mobile employees across various channels to collectively enhance the customer experience and resolve any issues seamlessly. Support team initiatives, fostering an inclusive and positive environment. Education and Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required) and 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (preferably in a retail environment). Required Skills and Attributes: A passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting with others and having fun. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment with a competitive drive. Open to learning from peers and team leaders while sharing insights to resolve customer issues. Skilled at balancing customer requirements with performance objectives. Additional Information: To qualify, you need to be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. During your first 90 days with T-Mobile, you will receive on-the-job training with hourly training pay. Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to advance to the Mobile Expert role with an annual incentive target of $18,000, based on performance. All employees earn a guaranteed $20/hour, including base pay and incentives. Additionally, you will be eligible for the annual stock grant.
