You will serve as a brand ambassador, creating excitement around our products and services. You will engage deeply with customers, building and nurturing relationships while assisting them in uncovering their needs and recommending device and service solutions. This position is a learning opportunity, equipping you with the skills necessary to advance to the next level as a Mobile Expert. Successful completion of new employee training is required. Job Responsibilities: Provide a world-class customer experience and build loyalty by: - Assisting customers in continuing their shopping journey, whether they started online, with Customer Care, or in-store. - Understanding individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of innovative technology and products. - Collaboratively offering personalized solutions that go beyond basic devices and service plans, keeping our customers connected to their passions. - Addressing service and sales needs with professionalism and empathy. Become proficient in digital tools and actively demonstrate: - T-Mobile's extensive network coverage in customers' neighborhoods, showcasing our lightning-fast LTE technology. - The value of T-Mobile plans and services, ensuring customers live fully connected lives. - Comprehensive training on in-store experience, new skills, and company processes while maximizing time on shift to learn about wireless innovations. Foster relationships with T-Mobile employees across various channels, including business and customer service, to: - Ensure seamless customer experience and effective issue resolution. - Identify and hand off small business leads. - Support team initiatives and promote an inclusive workplace environment. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma or GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Passion for customer advocacy and a genuine ability to connect with others (Required) Competitive spirit and proven success in a fast-paced sales environment (Required) Eagerness to collaborate with peers and store leaders while learning and sharing ideas (Required) Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals effectively (Required) Licenses and Certifications: At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation: Hourly Base Pay: $17.50 New Mobile Associates are eligible for incentive pay as they reach training milestones, promoting to the Mobile Expert role with a potential for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and performance incentives. With our employee ownership model, every T-Mobile team member can access an Annual Stock Grant.
