You will complete a comprehensive new employee training program to ensure your readiness. Job Responsibilities: Deliver a world-class customer experience while serving and selling to our customers. Assist customers in picking up where they left off in their shopping journey—whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Engage in side-by-side selling to discover personalized solutions that keep our customers connected to their loved ones and lifestyles. Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion. Utilize digital tools to demonstrate coverage quality and T-Mobile services that enhance customer connectivity. Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, and processes while leveraging systems and reference materials. Maximize learning between customer interactions by staying informed about innovations in wireless technology. Collaborate with T-Mobile employees across channels to create a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues. Identify and hand off small business leads effectively. Support team initiatives and help foster an inclusive environment. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a Retail environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Genuine passion for customer advocacy and engagement. Competitive drive and demonstrated success in a fast-paced sales environment. Ability to work collaboratively with peers and store leaders, sharing knowledge while assisting customers. Skillful at balancing customer needs with performance goals. Licenses and Certifications: At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation: The hourly base pay for this role is $17.50, with an additional $5.00 per hour training pay. After completing training within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates are eligible for a promotion to the Mobile Expert role, including an annual incentive target of $18,000/year based on performance and full-time status. All T-Mobile employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, factoring in base pay and incentives. Additionally, as part of our ownership culture, every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
