Key Responsibilities: Enhance your skills in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales by: • Assisting customers as they continue their shopping journey, whether online or in-store. • Understanding individual customer needs and showcasing the latest technology available. • Engaging in personalized selling to offer tailored solutions that connect customers to their lifestyle. • Addressing service and sales inquiries with integrity and empathy. Become proficient with digital tools to illustrate: • How T-Mobile coverage enhances connectivity in customers' neighborhoods. • The benefits of T-Mobile plans for living life unlimited and staying connected. • Complete various training modules related to in-store experience and T-Mobile systems. Build collaborative relationships with T-Mobile team members across departments: • Work together to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly. • Identify and facilitate small business leads. • Support team initiatives and foster inclusivity in the workplace. Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required) Work Experience: 6 months of customer service and/or retail sales experience (Preferred) Skills and Abilities: Passionate about advocating for customers while enjoying your work (Required) Driven and proven success in a fast-paced sales environment (Required) Eager to collaborate with peers and leaders to enhance customer service and problem resolution (Required) Effective at balancing customer satisfaction with performance targets (Required) Additional Requirements: At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation: Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour during training. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates engage in on-the-job training and earn additional hourly training pay. After training, promotion to Mobile Expert qualifies employees for an annual incentive target of $18,000, which can vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives. Every employee is also eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
