Provide engaging demonstrations of the latest technology in-store to showcase our products. Identify and create personalized solutions that enhance the customer's connectivity experience. Approach every service and sales situation with integrity and compassion. Become proficient in digital tools and resources to enhance customer interactions. Collaborate with T-Mobile colleagues across various channels to ensure a cohesive customer experience. Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment. Education and Experience Required: High School Diploma/GED 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail setting We seek enthusiastic individuals who are: Passionate about advocating for customers Competitive and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment Willing to collaborate with peers and store leaders Effective at balancing customer satisfaction with performance goals Job Highlights: Starting hourly base pay: $19.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. After 90 days and successful training, potential to promote to the Mobile Expert role with an annualized incentive target of $18,000. All employees can earn an hourly rate of $20, inclusive of base pay and incentives.
