Position Overview: Retail Sales Mobile Associates play a crucial role in bringing the T-Mobile brand to life in high-traffic retail environments. As ambassadors for our products and services, you will create excitement and energy around technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Engage proactively with a wide range of customers, utilizing digital tools to enhance interactions. Identify customer needs and recommend tailored T-Mobile solutions, explaining how to maximize the benefits of our products. Continuously improve your skills through training in customer experience, products, and processes. Build relationships and collaborate with nearby store teams to ensure full customer onboarding. Maintain the security of the store kiosk and assets, following opening and closing procedures. Pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-ups while managing customer relationships. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail Essential Skills: Customer Satisfaction: Passionate advocate with the ability to connect genuinely and make every customer feel valued. Team Collaboration: Eager to learn and share best practices while fostering strong connections with team members. Sales Competitiveness: Confident and driven to excel in a fast-paced retail environment. Within the first 90 days at T-Mobile, you will receive hands-on training and become eligible for hourly training pay. After completion, promotion to Mobile Expert is attainable with an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year, in addition to a guaranteed minimum of $20/hour.
