In this role, you will bring the T-Mobile brand to life within our partner locations, engaging with customers to create excitement around our products and services. Your mission is to build relationships, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions while providing exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Proactively connect with a diverse range of customers in a busy retail environment. Utilize digital tools to educate and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile's offerings. Identify and refine customer needs through solution-based selling techniques. Engage in continuous learning and skill development to enhance customer service. Collaborate with nearby store locations to ensure seamless customer onboarding. What We Seek: Passionate customer advocate committed to providing exceptional service. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail experience preferred The base pay for this role is $17.50 per hour, with potential to earn $20 per hour when factoring in performance-based incentives.
