Job Overview As a Retail Sales Mobile Associate, you will play a key role in our Retail Team, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life in high-traffic retail environments. Your primary responsibility will be active customer engagement, where you will serve as an ambassador, generating energy and excitement around T-Mobile's innovative products and services. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, where technology, customer needs, and the retail experience are ever-evolving. Key Responsibilities: Engage proactively with a wide array of customers in a bustling retail setting. Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively, educate customers, and highlight the value of T-Mobile solutions. Identify customer needs and employ solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate our offerings. Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed performance targets by enhancing customer relationships through meaningful interactions. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on T-Mobile products, services, and best practices. Collaborate with nearby store locations to ensure a seamless onboarding process for customers. Perform operational tasks including securing kiosk cabinets, managing assets, and adhering to store procedures. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service and/or retail sales is required. Skills and Abilities: Passionate about customer satisfaction and effectively navigate the balance between customer experience and performance goals. A strong team player, eager to learn and share best practices. Confident in a fast-paced sales environment, driven to succeed. Additional Information: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. This position is non-DOT regulated and not classified as safety-sensitive. The hourly pay for this position starts at $17.50, with an additional $5.00 per hour during training. Mobile Associates are trained on-the-job and can transition to the Mobile Expert role within 90 days, which comes with an annual incentive target of $18,000 based on performance and status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, which includes base pay and incentives. T-Mobile also provides an Annual Stock Grant for all employees.
