This position is designed for individuals eager to learn and grow, eventually transitioning into the Mobile Expert role. Job Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and aiding them in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Assess individual customer needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology available. Conduct side-by-side selling to discover personalized solutions, showcasing not just devices but also accessories and IoT products. Maintain professionalism and a compassionate approach while managing service and sales inquiries. Utilize digital tools to highlight T-Mobile’s coverage and explain the benefits of our plans that keep customers connected. Participate in training to enhance knowledge of T-Mobile's offerings and improve the in-store experience. Collaborate with T-Mobile employees across various departments to enhance the customer journey and resolve any issues seamlessly. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma or GED (Required) A minimum of 6 months in customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Genuine passion for customer advocacy and connecting with others. Competitive spirit with demonstrated success in a fast-paced sales setting. Ability to work collaboratively and share ideas with peers and leaders while delivering exceptional customer service. Strong balance between meeting customer needs and achieving performance goals. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation: Hourly Base Pay: $19.00, plus $5.00 per hour during training. Upon completion of training within the first 90 days, you'll be promoted to the Mobile Expert role with an annual incentive target of $18,000/year based on performance. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, combining base pay and incentives. Additionally, every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
