Responsibilities: Master customer service and sales techniques to provide a world-class experience and foster loyalty: Assist customers in resuming their shopping experience, whether they've started online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Assess individual needs and offer hands-on demonstrations of cutting-edge technology. Engage in collaborative selling to uncover personalized solutions that extend beyond basic devices and service plans. Approach interactions with poise, integrity, and empathy. Utilize digital tools effectively during customer interactions and onboarding: Showcase how our extensive coverage benefits customers in their neighborhoods. Explain how T-Mobile plans and services empower customers to feel connected and fully engaged in their lives. Complete training focused on the T-Mobile in-store experience, acquiring essential skills and system knowledge. Maximize your learning opportunities during every shift by seeking information about innovations in wireless technology. Build partnerships with T-Mobile employees across various channels to create an exceptional customer experience: Work collaboratively to resolve customer issues seamlessly. Identify potential small business leads and hand them off effectively. Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive work environment. Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required) Experience: 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required) Skills and Abilities: - Authentic passion for customer advocacy, connecting with individuals, and having fun in the process! - Competitive spirit with a proven ability to excel in a fast-paced sales environment. - Eagerness to collaborate with peers and leaders, sharing ideas while addressing customer needs. - Effective balancing of customer requirements with performance targets. Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation: Hourly Base Pay of $17.50 plus $5.00 per hour training pay. After completing the initial training period, you will have the opportunity to promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year, with actual incentives varying based on performance and full-time status. All employees are guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives. Additionally, every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
