A minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. Skills and Abilities: A passionate customer advocate who is genuine and enjoys connecting with customers. Proven competitive drive with the ability to excel in a fast-paced retail sales environment. A strong team player, open to learning from peers and store leaders while also sharing ideas. Effective balancing of customer needs against performance goals. Additional Information: Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. The position may require occasional travel. Compensation: Competitive hourly base pay of $20.00, along with $5.00 per hour during training. Upon successful completion of training, you can promote to a Mobile Expert position with additional incentives based on performance. All T-Mobile employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives, along with eligibility for annual stock grants.
