Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers actively, creating excitement around our innovative products and services. In this fast-paced environment, you will thrive by building and strengthening relationships with customers through meaningful interactions. Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage with customers in a bustling retail setting, showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions. Utilize digital tools effectively to educate customers on our offerings and enhance their onboarding experience. Identify customer needs using solution-based selling techniques and recommend tailored wireless solutions. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on T-Mobile's in-store experience and continuously improve your skills. Initiate customer follow-ups and capture referrals to drive additional sales opportunities. Build relationships with adjacent store leadership to enhance the overall customer experience. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED A minimum of 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. Passion for customer satisfaction and a commitment to exceeding expectations. Desire to work collaboratively as part of the dynamic T-Mobile store team. Strong competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Compensation and Benefits: Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour during training. Upon completion of training within the first 90 days, you will transition to the Mobile Expert role with an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Guaranteed base earnings of $20/hour inclusive of base pay and performance incentives. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and 401(k).
