You will act as a brand ambassador and create excitement around our cutting-edge products and services. In this dynamic role, you’ll connect with customers, establish relationships, and enhance their shopping experience in-store, online, or through customer care. You will: Build your expertise in sales and service while delivering a world-class customer experience. Assist customers from where they left off in their shopping journey. Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and help in finding personalized solutions. Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion. Utilize digital tools to demonstrate our extensive network coverage and T-Mobile plans. Take part in new employee training and become skilled in T-Mobile’s in-store experience and processes. Foster relationships with T-Mobile employees across various channels to enhance the customer experience. Education and Work Experience: A High School Diploma or GED is required along with 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (preferably in a retail environment). Required Skills and Attributes: A passionate customer advocate ready to connect and engage. A competitive drive with the ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment. A willingness to collaborate and share ideas with peers and leaders. Effective balance between customer needs and performance targets. To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation and Benefits: The hourly base pay is $21.00, with an additional $5.00 per hour for training pay. During your first 90 days, you'll undergo training and can immediately begin earning this hourly training pay. Following successful completion, you will have the opportunity to promote to the Mobile Expert role, which includes an annual incentive target of $18,000, dependent on performance and full-time status. All T-Mobile employees receive a minimum of $20/hour, including incentives.
