Job Responsibilities: Assist customers in their shopping journey, whether they're online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Identify individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of cutting-edge technology. Partner with customers to find personalized solutions that enhance their connectivity, from devices to accessories. Approach service and sales with integrity, composure, and compassion. Utilize digital tools effectively to demonstrate T-Mobile's coverage and services. Engage in comprehensive training to enhance your skills related to the T-Mobile in-store experience. Maximize time on shifts by actively learning about the latest technologies and innovations. Collaborate with T-Mobile employees across various channels to enhance customer experience and resolve any issues. Identify and facilitate small business leads while fostering an inclusive team environment. Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required) Work Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: A passionate advocate for customers who enjoys engaging with them and establishing connections (Required) A competitive spirit with a proven ability to thrive in a high-energy sales environment (Required) A willingness to collaborate with peers and leaders in service of customer needs (Required) Adept at balancing customer satisfaction with performance goals (Required) Must be at least 18 years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the United States No travel is required for this position. The hourly base pay is $17.50, with an additional $5.00 per hour for training. Within the first 90 days, you will receive on-the-job training and be eligible for hourly training pay. After completing training, you can advance to the Mobile Expert role, where you'll be eligible for an annual incentive of $18,000/year, based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile earn a guaranteed $20/hour, including base pay and incentives, in addition to being eligible for an annual stock grant.
