Position Overview
As a Retail Sales Mobile Associate, you will be a vital part of our Retail Team, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life in high-traffic National Sales partner locations. Your role involves actively engaging with customers, igniting excitement about our products and services, and fostering lasting connections. Engage proactively with customers in a bustling retail setting, using digital tools for effective communication and showcasing the value of T-Mobile’s solutions.
Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify their needs, and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the benefits of our products and services.
Complete continuous training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, staying up to date with new skills, products, and operational processes. Review your personal metrics, current promotions, and updates to be always Customer Ready.
Exhibit a customer obsession by building personal connections, exceeding expectations, and proactively following up to drive sales. You will also have the skill to manage specialized pricing offers.
Collaborate with leadership and team members to enhance the customer experience from account setup to ongoing service.
Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required.
Minimum of 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail setting is required.
Skills and Abilities A passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting with people and balancing customer experience with performance goals.
A team player willing to learn from others while providing resolutions for customers.
A competitive spirit with the confidence to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
Additional Information
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel is not required for this position.
The base pay for this role starts at $17.50 per hour, plus an additional $5.00 hourly training pay. After 90 days, you will be eligible to promote to the Mobile Expert role, where you can earn an annual incentive target of $18,000, based on performance. All T-Mobile employees earn a guaranteed total of at least $20 per hour, combining base and incentive pay. Every employee is also eligible for an Annual Stock Grant!
