You will be a brand ambassador, generating excitement around our products and services, and creating significant connections with our customers in a fast-paced environment. Your role will focus on building relationships and uncovering customer needs, educating them about device and service solutions, and working towards a future promotion as a Mobile Expert. Successful completion of new employee training is required to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: Deliver an exceptional customer experience that fosters loyalty by assisting customers in their shopping journey. Demonstrate the latest technology and offer personalized solutions to meet individual needs. Work collaboratively with peers to provide seamless service and resolve issues, enhancing the overall customer experience. Learn about T-Mobile's innovations and effectively communicate how our services can benefit customers. Engage with other T-Mobile employees across various channels to enhance customer interactions. Education and Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred. Required Skills and Abilities: Passionate customer advocate, eager to connect and create enjoyable experiences. Proven competitive drive and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Capability to balance customer needs with performance goals. A willingness to learn and collaborate with the team. Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Salary and Benefits: The hourly base pay starts at $17.50, with an additional $5.00 per hour for training pay. Within the first 90 days of employment, you will receive on-the-job training and become eligible for promotions and incentives. All employees are guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives, along with access to stock grants.
