Education and Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (Required) A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in a retail setting. Required Skills and Abilities: A strong passion for providing exceptional customer service. Competitiveness and a proven ability to excel in a dynamic sales environment. A collaborative approach, working effectively with team members and store leaders. Adept at balancing customer satisfaction with performance objectives. Additional Information: Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the United States. No travel required for this position. The role offers an hourly base pay of $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour during the initial training period. Within the first three months, you'll complete on-the-job training, after which you will have the opportunity to advance to a Mobile Expert role, earning potential incentives up to $18,000 annually. All T-Mobile employees are guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20/hour, combining base pay and incentives. Additionally, you'll be eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
