Monitor financial data, inventory, and sales statistics to ensure operational success. Ensure all store products are well-stocked and attractively displayed to maximize sales. Handle employee payroll, recruitment, hiring, and training processes. Execute daily operational tasks for assigned institutional sales and rental services. Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and assist educators. Deliver outstanding customer service to create an exceptional shopping experience. Carry out additional responsibilities as needed.
