Key Responsibilities: Provide coaching, support, and motivation to the sales team to help them achieve their sales targets. Monitor financial metrics, inventory levels, and other essential statistics regularly. Ensure all store products are well-stocked and displayed attractively for customers. Oversee payroll, recruitment, hiring, and training of team members. Execute operational tasks for daily sales and rental services for assigned accounts. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program and provide assistance to instructors. Deliver exceptional customer service to every visitor, ensuring a welcoming environment.
