Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the sales team by providing coaching, support, and motivation to achieve sales objectives. Maintain updated knowledge on financial data, inventory management, and sales statistics. Ensure all products are adequately stocked and visually appealing for customers. Oversee payroll management, and actively participate in recruiting, hiring, and training store staff. Handle daily operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for assigned accounts. Promote our Music & Arts lesson programs and provide assistance to instructors. Compensation: $20.29 - $22.00/hr plus bonuses based on location, experience, and background.
