As a Retail Sales Leader for our territory, you will engage with retail partners and account teams to expand our market presence by promoting our delicious brands. This position requires you to be present in retail stores within the designated area Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
Become familiar and collaborate with key decision-makers through selling, negotiating, and executing robust business plans. Use business intelligence data, including analytical tools, to create compelling selling narratives that drive both your customers and Kellanova's success.
Achieve results by delivering on crucial metrics such as POS (Point of Sale) budgets, ensuring effective call coverage, and maintaining optimal shelf strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships by implementing innovative and creative solutions to navigate challenges in the grocery landscape.
What We're Looking For:
A high school diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation skills along with a robust learning mindset.
The ability to work independently, managing projects from initiation to completion while consistently achieving goals.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, free from significant violations in the last 36 months.
This role involves driving, and you must be able to meet physical demands such as long periods of walking, standing, and carrying moderately heavy items (20-25 pounds) with or without reasonable accommodation. Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and early mornings, may be required.
Compensation:
The annual salary range is $58,000 - $63,000, based on factors such as location, experience, and skills. Discretionary bonuses tied to company and individual performance are available.
