Together, let’s innovate and transform sales! Position Details: The ideal candidate should live within 45 miles of the center of the territory. This position offers a competitive salary with the opportunity for quarterly bonuses. Choose from one of our Fleet Program options: Company car with insurance and a gas card. Auto Vehicle Reimbursement: allowing you to drive your own vehicle while being reimbursed for business use.
Receive a monthly stipend for cell phone usage. Your Responsibilities: Selling and Implementing Business Plans: Partner with key decision-makers, using business intelligence data and analytical tools to create compelling selling strategies that benefit both our customers and Kellanova. Driving Results: Achieve important metrics, including POS budget, call coverage, and maintain an ideal shelf strategy. Building Relationships: Employ creative and innovative solutions to overcome obstacles and enhance sales within the grocery sector. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent with solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Able to learn quickly, solve problems effectively, and demonstrate strong influencing and negotiation skills. Proven self-starter who excels in managing projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities. Valid driver's license required. This role requires driving, and candidates must maintain a clean driving record with no significant violations in the past 36 months. Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, and occasionally lift items weighing 20-25 pounds. Extended work hours may include nights, weekends, and early mornings. Compensation: The annual salary ranges from $58,000 to $63,000, based on various factors such as location, experience, and skills, along with potential discretionary bonuses based on both company and individual performance.
